For any reason, the customers may request a refund on online courses enrolled within 30 days of purchase.

The following entitle a customer to a refund:

i)      Enrolled courses only are eligible for a refund. 

ii)     Services, downloaded documents, and other digital content are not eligible for refunds.

iii)    If a refund is requested on any enrolled course within the refund period.   The Operator reserves the right to revoke your online access 30 days following your enrollment date.

iv) Customers will have access to the course website for 30 days, after which access will be revoked upon request for a refund

v)     Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process and will be refunded in the original form.

If the above conditions are not met, the Operator reserves the right to reject the refund.

Products may be returned due to incompatibility with a customer's software or device, but please contact Operator first to work out a solution.

All sales are final for services, downloaded documents, and other downloaded digital content.  These are not eligible for refunds.
